DIT provides a central, transparent platform for capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing digital initiatives, ensuring that every idea is aligned with Uniper’s strategic priorities and contributes to tangible outcomes.

More than 1,500 ideas have been submitted by employees across the organization. Out of those, 371 have already been implemented, driving operational improvements. The platform delivers a demonstrated return on investment of more than €4 for every €1 invested.
