More than 1,500 ideas have been submitted by employees across the organization. Out of those, 371 have already been implemented, driving operational improvements. The platform delivers a demonstrated return on investment of more than €4 for every €1 invested.

Managing innovation at an enterprise scale can become fragmented and inefficient when idea capture, evaluation, and delivery processes are distributed across multiple channels and teams. This fragmentation limits visibility, slows decision-making, and reduces the organization’s ability to translate ideas into measurable business value.
To address this, a centralized and transparent solution was required to streamline the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives, from idea submission and evaluation through prioritization and implementation.
The objective was to establish a structured and governance-driven innovation management framework that enhances decision-making, increases employee engagement, and ensures that high-impact initiatives are identified, prioritized, and delivered efficiently, ultimately maximizing the value of digital investments.

Criteria-based scoring mechanisms support informed decision-making and help align investments with business impact and strategic priorities.
